As entidades de Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Alternativa de Lit\u00edgios de Consumo (RAL) s\u00e3o as entidades autorizadas a efetuar a media\u00e7\u00e3o, concilia\u00e7\u00e3o e arbitragem de lit\u00edgios de consumo em Portugal que estejam inscritas na lista de entidades RAL prevista pela Lei n.\u00ba 144\/2015.
